Common questions
What if my photograph cannot be used?
We tell you within two working days and ask for another. Nothing is sketched and nothing is charged twice. If no photograph works, the order is refunded in full.
Can I change the piece after ordering?
Colour and size can change any time before the stitch map is approved. After approval the garment is hooped and cannot be swapped.
Can you stitch more than one animal?
One animal per piece for now, so the face reads at 90mm. Pieces holding two are being worked on and will open later.
Can I return it or ask for a refund?
A full refund any time before the stitch map is made, no reason needed. After the piece is stitched it belongs to one animal and stays with you — and if the work is ever faulty, we remake it or refund it in full.
